If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your Certificate (or Policy) of Insurance
and Description of 24-hour emergency Hotline services within 10 days of receipt and
include a letter indicating your desire to cancel. If you have not left on your trip, you will
receive a full refund.

Trip cancellation and interruption: Back
Reimburses you for non-refundable payments and certain extra costs if your trip must be cancelled or interrupted due to injury, sickness, supplier bankruptcy, natural disaster, terrorism or other specified circumstances.

Travel delay Back
covers reasonable additional accommodations and traveling expenses if the trip is delayed 12 hours due to certain events.

Emergency Medical expense Back
